He is survived by: his mother Stella Stanley Collier; his wife Patricia Lynn Manuel Collier; his children, Thomas, Blake, Kris and Shannon; his stepson Austin; his sister Pamela; his grandchildren, Timothy, Peyton, Grayson, Westley and Fallon; and his niece Pricella.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Willie's Auction House (10157 Seminole Trail, Ruckersville, VA 22968).
