He is survived by: his wife Mary Melinda Rogers (Mindy); his children, Timi Lynne Rogers and Paul Jason Rogers; his grandchildren, Mandy Rogers, Will, Brittany Rogers, Steven, Brittany Stull, Dylan Rogers and Timothy Rogers; his daughter-in-law Patricia Rogers; his siblings, Yvonne, William and Rogers, Jr (Billy); his wife Sharyon; and also, Ann Yates (David), Barbara Worley (Wendall), Diana Via (Charles), Bradley Rogers, Charles Rogers (Ruth), Sylvia Walton (Tommy), Rebecca Balzer (Craig), Zane Rogers (Donna) and Lois Payne (Stan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and many friends.
