She was predeceased by: her parents, George Sinclair Shifflett and Nina France Shifflett; her siblings, Catherine Fitzgerald and Clarence Shifflett; and her grandsons, Mitchell Lamb and Devin Scammahorn.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Shifflett, Teresa Meyer and Kevin Lamb; her grandchildren, Shana Thompson, Nicholas Meyer, Christian Meyer, Austin Lamb, Tanner Lamb and Justin Nuckols; and her great grandchildren, Jacob Thomas, Kadence Thompson and Jayden Nuckols.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Patricia's honor.
