He is survived by: his parents, Michael Shifflett and Melissa Shifflett; his grandmother Patricia Shifflett; his siblings, Justin Nuckols (Tamika Turner) and Shana Thompson (Keith); his aunts and uncles, Teresa Meyer (Corby), Kevin, Vince, Derek, Dustin, Dexter Lamb, Debbie Bankard (Steve) and Gary Shifflett; his cousins, Nicholas, Christian, Austin, Tanner, Amanda, Frankie, Brooke, Meghan, Christopher and Mekalyn; and his nephew Jacob Thomas.
