He was predeceased by: his parents, Oswin Thomas and Julia Marshall Huff; his wife Mary Agnes Garrison Huff; and his siblings, Thomas Huff, Betty Lawson, Sarah Brooks, Pauline Anderson, Everett Huff and Shirley Huff.
He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl (Paul Wilkinson); his granddaughter Kate Wilkinson (Reilly Walker); his children, Rachel and Joseph Huff Jr. (Nickie); his grandchildren, Brody, Michael and Riley; his son William Huff (Debbie); his grandchild Britney (Shane Racer); his children, Shelby and Clayton; his grandchildren, Kyle, Taylor and Analisa; his daughter Julia (Pastor Edgar Green); his grandchildren, Erin Johnson, Erika (Darrion McKinnie), Emily and Elisha; his great grandchildren, Jayda, Micah, Hezekiah, Cooper and Edith; his sister-in-law Jewel Huff; and his niece Peggy Wharam. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hill and Wood Funeral Home - Greene Chapel (15075 Spotswood Trail, Ruckersville, VA 22968). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Eden Ministries (2900 Merrie Meadows Ln, Keswick, VA 22947). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Holly Memorial Gardens (3251 Seminole Trail, Charlottesville, VA 22911). A burial will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
