He is survived by: his mother Betty L. O'Quinn; his sister Pam Sullivan (Wayne) of Ivy, VA.; his nephew Justin Sullivan (Cally) of Charlottesville, VA.; and his aunts, Pattie Baber of Crozet, VA., Charlotte Rose and Fern Rose of Clintwood, VA..
