He was predeceased by: his parents, Orvin Shiflett and Neva Shiflett. He is survived by: his wife Betty Herring Shifflett; his children, Martin (Laura), Ashley (Doug), Stacey (Bradley) and Suzy (Chris); his grandchildren, Gabe, Eli, Elle, Owen, Sam, Alex and Anna; and his sisters, JoAnn and Cindy (Wes). He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, countless extended family members, and friends.
