He was predeceased by: his sisters, Dorothy Lawson of Stanardsville and Joan Watson of Ruckersville. He is survived by: his wife Lois Deane; his sons, Dale Deane (Deanna) of Earlysville and Keith Deane of Earlysville; and his grandchildren, Megan Deane, Nathan Deane and Jonathan Deane. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
