It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Lee Shifflett Sr. of Earlysville, Virginia, who passed away on December 15, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Earl Shifflett and Merlene Catherine Davis Shifflett; and his wife Jacqueline Shifflett. He is survived by: his sons, Eddie (Angel), Jamie (Paige) and H. L. Shifflett; his stepgrandchildren, Summer and Kote; his nephew Sam (Lisa); his great-nephew Hunter; his niece Patti Pridemore; his siblings, Francis Horan, Dennis Shifflett and Lenny Shifflett; his brother-in-law Ray Shifflett; and his close friends, Stanley Shifflett, Laura Taylor and Brenda Morris. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
