It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alan Stuart Archer of Earlysville, Virginia, born in Suffolk, Virginia, who passed away on December 20, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George "Edwin" Archer, Sr. and Evelyn Luter Archer; his wife Diane of Earlysville; his sons, R. J. (Kim) of Midlothian and D. G. (Syd) of Richmond; his grandchildren, Tripp and Hudson; and his brother George E. "Sonny" Archer Jr. (Cindy) of Wytheville.
