John Custer Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 12, 2021, at the age of 80, John Custer (Eagle Rock, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Custer and Elsie Herron Custer; and his wife Evelyn Bliss Custer. He is survived by: his sister Mary Custer of Covington; his sisters-in-law, Marilyn "Bo" Bliss of Iron Gate and Carolyn Hatley of Iron Gate; his nephew Edward Hatley (Dee); his great-nephews, Calvin Hatley and Zane Hatley; and his great-niece Hallie Bliss Barnes.
The family suggests memorial tributes take the form of contributions to Low Moor Presbyterian Church, 204 Old Church Road, Low Moor, VA 24457.
