She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Herman McCulley and Mary Maxine Dunbar McCulley. She is survived by: her husband Harold W. Defibaugh, Sr. of Eagle Rock; her children, Mary Elizabeth Bryant of Eagle Rock, Lena Maxine Defibaugh (Stephen Pugh) of Salem and Harold W. Defibaugh, Jr. (Ida Nicole) of Goodview; her sisters, Linda Gaines of Clifton Forge, Josephine Tingler of Rocky Mount, Donna Hill of Eagle Rock and Gail Broughman of Glen Wilton; and her grandchildren, Brittany, Savannah, McKenzie, Samara, Hannibal, Bryson, Gabriel, Nicholas, Chyla and Desmond. She is also survived by four great grandsons; four great granddaughters; and a number of nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Family Home (2576 Prices Bluff Rd, Eagle Rock, VA 24085).
The family suggests memorial tributes take the form of contributions to the TEARS Foundation.
