He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Foley and Clara Foley; and his brother Dykes Foley. He is survived by: his significant other Donna Gail Walker; his children, Neil Foley (Jennifer) and Priscilla Henecy; his siblings, Donna Fiallos, Trish Ann, Carlton King and Buck King; and his grandchildren, Codi, Ciera, Autumn, Jasmine, MacKenzie and Evan. He is also survived by 4 great- grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins left.
