He is survived by: his wife Cathy Mundy Gladwell of Eagle Rock; his daughter Melissa Gladwell of Lexington; his stepchildren, David Cummings, Brian Shinault and Tracy Shinault; his sisters, Pauline Braxton of Tennessee and Artha Strange of Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Ava Gladwell and Estella Gladwell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
