She was predeceased by: her former husband James Carlton Lewis. She is survived by: her husband Raymond Vaughn; her children, Nancy Phillips (Earl), JoAnne Harris (Butch), Jimmy Lewis (Deanna), Richie Lewis (Jennifer) and Raymond Vaughn Jr. (Amanda); her grandchildren, Chris Harris (Angel), Amanda Preli, Josh Harris (Cecelie), Lauren Thornton (Jeremy), Erin Lewis, Mariah, Tina Vickers, Regan and Patrick Murphy; and her siblings, Joel Coates (Mary), Melvin Coates and Wick Coates (Tracey). She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
