He is survived by : his wife Jean O'Quinn; his daughter Rachael Michelle O'Quinn (Donald Lemons); his step-children, David Revere (Karen) and Paula Revere (Arsane Serafin); and his grandchildren, Zachairy Cleveland, Noel Cleveland, Jude Kenney and Irish Kenney.
