He is survived by: his wife Sheila Dowdy; his daughters, Lisa Mallory and Kathy Dowdy; his stepchildren, Wood and Stephanie Wood; his grandchildren, Ashley, Heather, Kirstyn, Brayden, Madison and Maelyn; and his sisters, Peggy Bryan and Mildred Sharp.
