He is survived by: his children, Casey Lynn Jeffries Warren (Lamont) and Curtis Levi Jeffries Jr. (Shawna); his brother Frank Smith; his grandchildren, Imani Warren, Brooklynn Warren, Carmen Warren and Alexis Jeffries; his nephews, Frank Smith Jeffries, III (Stacy) and David Wayne Jeffries; and the mother of his children Ida Jane.
