He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Winn and Harrison "Mike" Winn. He is survived by: his wife Winifred S. "Nell" Winn; and his children, Raymond (Sharon), Richard, Timothy (Marlene), Kim (Wilbur) and Samuel (Nina). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
