She was predeceased by: her parents, Bascom Slemp and Margaret Ellen Lucas (Lucas). She is survived by: her niece Pamela Lucas; her great-nephew Matthew Sweeney; her sister Carolyn Lucas; her children, Jessica McCarty (Danny), Jennifer Dooley (Jason Lane), Andrew Thomas Dooley of Dungannon, VA and Ryan Dooley; her brother Malcolm Harless Gibson of Dungannon, VA; her grandchildren, Sarah Stewart, Alison Stanhope-McCarty, Dakota Dooley, Kaylee Hill, Raven Dooley and Emily Hill; her great grandchildren, Archer Stewart, Sophia Stewart and Ransom Dooley; her nieces, Melissa Sweeney and Amanda Lucas; her nephew Douglas Lucas (Kathy); and her granddaughters, Elizabeth Wells and Margaret Webb.
