She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmy Donald and Mary Sue Willis Jackson; and her siblings, Jimmy Donald Jackson, Jr., Jeffery Jenkins Jackson and Kathy Dawn Jackson.
She is survived by: her husband Emory Lynn Puckett; her daughters, Jennifer Morgan Sawyer (Mack) of Castlewood and Kelly Leigh Martin (Jeff) of Kingsport, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Brayden Houchins, Averie Marie Martin and Quinn Eloise Martin; her sisters, Martha Fields (Darrell) of Lebanon and Betsy Jackson of Mt. Airy; and her nephews, Jonathan Puckett, David Puckett, Caleb Cook, Brian Brommer, Cody Cress and Zack Stoots. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Following the COVID-19 restrictions set forth by the Governor of Virginia on face-covering requirements and social distancing, Funeral Services for Leslie Layne Puckett will be conducted at 7:00 p. m., Monday, May 3, 2021, in Castlewood Funeral Home Chapel in Castlewood, Virginia with Pastor Lawrence Hollyfield and Rev. Jessie Jones officiating.
