She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Mays and Fannie Kiser Mays; and her brother William L. Mays. She is survived by: her husband Albert Corder; her son Michael A. Corder; her brother George Mays Jr. (Carol); and her sister-in-law Carol Corder Goad.
