She was predeceased by: her parents, Ballard and Lois Sluss, Sr. (Sweeney); her siblings, Estelle "Tabby" Richmond, Margaret Lou Meade, Hershel Sluss, Ben Sluss, Oscar Fred Sluss, Mack Sluss and Donnie Sluss; and her nephews, Jesse Sargent, Gary "Meadeo" Meade and Ernie Campbell.
She is survived by: her fiancé Jerry Strong; her son Joseph Parks (Summer); her grandchildren, Abby Parks and Rhealan Parks; her siblings, Charles Sluss and Virginia Campbell (Jenny); her siblings-in-law, Frieda Sluss, Mary Sluss, Lizzy Sluss and Jack Meade; her half-sister Maxie Castle; her niece Sherry Robinson; and also Barbara Campbell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
