He is survived by: his wife Connie Ratliff Hill of Elkhorn City, KY; his children, Dennis Hill (Kim) of Big Rock, VA, Amanda Smith (Jonathan) of Breaks, VA, Dusty Ratliff (Justin) of Elkhorn City, KY, Mary Williams (Bryan) of Houston, TX and Anna Hill (Justin Smith) of Dungannon, VA; his grandchildren, Kayla Hurt (Michael), Dennis Hill, Jr., Brittany McGlothlin, Heather Hayes, Sarah Cliett, Hannah Cliett, Ian Smith, Ryan Ratliff, Cole Ratliff, Cannon Williams, Beau Williams and Brianna Williams; his great grandchildren, Mason Hurt, Whitley Hurt, Graycee McGlothlin, Emery McGlothlin, Kamryn Hariston, Kyndall Hairston and Jeremiah Fleming; and his siblings, Johnny Hill (Patty) of Dungannon, VA and Jackie Anne Stewart.
