He was predeceased by: his father Walter Sterling Perkins; and his niece Jodi Michelle Ashworth. He is survived by: his mother Mary Sue Collins Perkins; his siblings, Debra K. Perkins of Dundas and Dr. Walter Ray Perkins (Sandy) of Neshanic Station, NJ; and his nephew Tevian Perkins of New Brunswick, NJ. He is also survived by numerous cousins and many friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Clarke Funeral Home (110 E 5th Ave, Kenbridge, VA 23944). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
