It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Walker (Dumfries, Virginia), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on March 29, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Melvin Refinstuard Harris Sr. and Lucille Harris; her husband Andrew Walker; her children, Nicole Bowser (Lester) and Andrew Walker III (Francesca); her siblings, Melvin Jr. (Anna), Jeffrey (Monica), Melva Jones and Angela; and her grandchildren, Rickie Banister Jr. and Julian Walker. She was also cherished by in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins.
