He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Langford and Aldwilda Langford; his wife Jeannette Langford; his siblings, Barbara, Leona, Catherine, Elizabeth, Frieda, Emma, Ethel, Donald, Lionelle and Kenneth; and his son-in-law Larry Watson.
He is survived by: his children, Deborha Watson (Larry), Donna Oliver of Dale City, VA, Wayne D. Sloan (Tracey), Anita Hadden of Woodbridge, VA and Asa G. C. Langford II (Danielle); his grandchildren, Larry J. O. Watson, Octavia Watson (Brian Covington), Chanelle Oliver, Qadiyr Sloan, Charlton Oliver, Ahmad Shepherd-Sloan, River Langford, Austin Sloan, Joshua "Jack" Langford, Miya Semenuk, Breanna Semenuk and Tyson Hadden; his great grandchildren, Harper "Bunny" Covington and Zarayah Sloan; and his siblings-in-law, James "Lit" McNeal (Vera) and Linda Jones (Otha). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
