He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; his children, Tempril Moore (Upper Marlboro, MD), Terry Floyd (Vernon) of Newport News, VA, Dana Moore (Clinton, MD) and Amir Moore of Houston, TX; his siblings, Adrienne Oliver (Jerome) and Garyl Moore (Verona); his niece McCall Oliver; his nephews, Garyl (Carola), Leland, Darryl and Andre Moore; his grandchildren, Jaylon, Lauren, Aaron, Langston, Anayah, Makeda, Keyona, Kejuan and Kema; and his great grandchildren, Skylar and Kingston.
