He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter W. Moore and Hassie Huff Moore; his sister Ardennia Reed; and his son-in-law Lloyd Sutphin. He is survived by: his wife Irene Phillips Moore; his children, Vicky Sutphin, Gary Moore, Patricia Simpkins (Hal) and Debbie Matney (Randy); and his siblings, Coy Moore, Jay Moore (Wanda), Cecil Moore (Katie), Ella Mae Marshall, Wilma Paitsel (James) and Vada Smith (Meaph). He is also survived by six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
