With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nannie Elizabeth Marshall of Dugspur, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 7, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James Dewey and Luetta Lipscomb Marshall; and her husband Verdon Marshall. She is survived by : her son Tony; her daughter-in-law Kerry Marshall; her brother Dewey; her sister-in-law Nancy Marshall; her grandchildren, Anthony (Jennifer Marshall) and Beth (Aaron Lester); her great grandchildren, Caleigh Marshall, Jacob Marshall, Eli Lester, Laura-Beth Lester and Luke Lester; her stepgreat-grandsons, Matthew Saltus and Nathan Saltus; her grandson Braxton Saltus; and her close friend Rachel Huff.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 11th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel (1035 N Main St, Hillsville, VA 24343). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, June 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, June 11th 2024 at the Marshall Family Cemetery.
