She is survived by: her children, Jack Fannon (Susan) of Kingsport and Lori Green (Daniel) of Sahuarita, AZ; her grandchildren, Ruston Fannon of Duffield, Kevin Wade of Morenci, AZ, Matthew Dockery of Kingsport, Leslie Guy of Kingsport and Noelle Christensen of Arvada, CO; and her great grandchildren, Jackson Guy of Kingsport and Mason Wade of Morenci, AZ.. She is also survived by her family and many friends.
