We are sad to announce that on June 2, 2018, at the age of 57, Troy Dorton (Duffield, Virginia), born in Kingsport, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Dorton and Margaret Ann Hill Dorton; and his brother Jackie Dorton. He is survived by: his wife Robin Dorton; his daughters, Samantha Stanley and Kayla Dorton; his granddaughters, Elizabeth Stanley and Emiley Stanley; his sister Doris Dorton McDavid (Vernon); and his friends, Danny Ramsey and Darrell Stanley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Trinity Memorial Centers, 1221 Stewball Circle, Kingsport, TN. 37660 to help defray funeral expenses.
