It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Timothy Nelson Qualls of Duffield, Virginia, born in Blackwater, Virginia, who passed away on February 26, 2021, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Wesley Alan Gilliam; and his grandparents, Ora, Mary Qualls, James and Ova Ramsey.
He is survived by: his parents, Ricky Qualls and Debra Ramsey Qualls; his wife Leslee Newman Qualls; his children, Hailey Joanne Robinson and Michael Alan Qualls; and his parents-in-law, Billie Newman (Sam Lewis) and Chuck Garrett (Sheila Garrett).
Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, masks will be required and building capacity rules will be enforced.
