He was predeceased by: his parents, Worley Tomlinson and Fannie Gibson Tomlinson; his former wife Cleo Robinette Tomlinson; and his siblings, Ellen Tomlinson Thompson, Lizzibel Fritz, Sarah Christian, Cora Graham, Louise Kerns, Frankie Tomlinson, Cornel and Charlie Tomlinson.
He is survived by: his brother Will Tomlinson; his children, Debra Jones (Timothy) and Robert Shawn Tomlinson (Loretta); his grandchildren, Abigail Cleo Jones, Madison Raelynn Jones, Aaron Hurley, Donovan Fuller and Christopher Branham II; and his great grandchildren, Callie Renee Lawson Jones, Coda, Cade, Addi, Bella, Alexa Hurley and Elijah Branham. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Gate City Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
