He is survived by: his wife Martha Jane Miller (Bailey); his siblings, Bernice Colier (Miller), Denver Joe Miller and Lorraine Courtney of Kingsport, TN; and his children, Michael Miller (Tina), Della Sue Hathaway (Preston), David Miller (Sue), Lisa Ann Miller and Karen McReynolds (Tony). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.
