She is survived by: her grandchildren, Cody Duncan, Joshua Duncan and Jennifer Duncan; her son-in-law David Gilliam; her siblings, Elizabeth Tipton, Evelyn Williams, Jerry Miller and Jimmy Miller; her husband Delmar Eugene "Gene" Duncan; her children, Debbie Gilliam of Kingsport, TN, Peggy Sloan and Delmar Duncan, Jr.; her wife Denise of Hiltons, VA; her siblings, Helen Bowen of Duffield, VA, Peggy Jones, Johnny Miller of Bluff City, TN and Ken Miller (Marie); her grandchildren, John Gilliam, Tonya Taylor, Matthew Cape, Jasmine Shoul, Matthew Duncan, Charles Sloan III, Major Duncan, Victor Sloan, Chance Duncan, Holly Sloan, Mackenzie LeBlanc, Shanee Duncan, Khloe Duncan, Lee Davis and Gabriel Douglas; and also, Larry Duncan (Theresa), Bobby Duncan (Melissa) and Anthony "Scott" Duncan (Angel). She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.
