He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel McArthur Ramey and Regina Thorpe Ramey; his son Ronnie Edward Moore, Jr.; and his brother Charles Ramey. He is survived by: his wife Betty Ramey (Bowen); his children, April Dawn Flanary (David) and Billy Bowen (Bambi); his brother Greg Mullins; his grandson Oliver Flanary; and his pet Gizmo. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
