With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mozelle Hackler Carter of Duffield, Virginia, who passed away on February 5, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Crawford Leo and Ova Stallard Hackler; her husband Zane Kay Carter; her siblings, Leo Hackler (Ella Sue), Duard Hackler (Lorraine), Tania Egan (Lyle), Lotus Butler and Eilleen Hackler; and her sisters-in-law, Christine Hackler and Lula Faye Carter.
She is survived by: her brothers, Max Hackler (Joan) and Howell Hackler (Carolyn); and her brother-in-law George Butler. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
