It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Millard Mullins (Duffield, Virginia), who passed away on March 26, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Mabel Ossie Lee Mullins (Hill). He is survived by: his sisters, Ruth Taylor, Zelma Quillen and Edith Winston; his children, Linda Arnold (Sam) and Teddy "Ted" Mullins (Mary Ann); his great grandchildren, Autumn Garland, Bradley Darnell, Elizabeth Fraley and Mathias Poe; his sister Otta Mae Winston (Odell); his brother-in-law Elmo Winston of Kingsport, TN; and also, Jason Garland, Timothy Mullins, Emily Kelly, Ashley Poe and Scott Barger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
