He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Toy Mullins; his grandparents, Toy, Irene Mullins, Ray and Eva Mae Bowen; his mother Anita Carol Mullins (Bowen); his sister Tammy Meade (Andy) of Duffield, VA; his cousin Heather Ramey of Gray, TN; his nephews, Latoya Meade of Gray, TN, Koty Meade and Landon Vaughn; and his close friends, Autumn Spencer and Ronnie Mason. He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to made to Gate City Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
