He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Harmon and Linda Barnett Williams; and his son Luther Arnold Williams. He is survived by: his grandson Christopher Falin; his wife Phyllis Bowen Williams; and his sons, Ed Williams, Fred Williams (Wanda) and Leonard Williams (Whitnee).
