He was predeceased by: his parents, James Monroe and Captoley Baker (Begley); his granddaughter Tilla Baker; his siblings, Marie, Gladys, Claude, James M. (Roe), Gene and Ester; and his daughter-in-law Belinda Q. Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Baker of Duffield, VA; his children, Dollie, Tony Baker of Duffield, VA, Landen Dwayne Baker and Big; and his son-in-law James.
