He was predeceased by: his parents, James Russell Kinser, Sr. and Easter Kinser Thompson; his grandmother Virginia Arzela Walden; his granddaughter Elliana Kate Fitzpatrick; and his nephew Ronald Jay Mann, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Judy Loflin Kinser; his children, Chasity Fitzpatrick (B. T.), Angel Kinser, Shannon Armistead, James Russell, Typhani Dorton, Nick Kinser and Makayla Hale; his stepchildren, Nicole Barnette (Khristena) and Todd Barnette (Brittany); his grandchildren, Austin, Kaitlyn, Jessika, Triston, Trinity, Isaiah, Hannah, Abigail, Kaylynn, Brayden and Mason; his great grandchild Elijah; his siblings, Kathy, Ann, Linda, Betty, Mary, Lana and Tommy Kinser; and his sister-in-law Deborah. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
