She was predeceased by: her parents, Bennie Martin and Nannie Roxie Neeley (Hamilton); her husband Kelly Roberts; her siblings, Ray Neeley, Willie Neeley, Pat Neeley and Edna Lane; and her siblings-in-law, Clifton Holtzclaw, Emory Rhoton, Crodia, Wanda Neeley and Charlotte Neeley.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Gilliam (Mike) of Duffield, VA, Donna Townsend (Dale) of Duffield, VA and Larry Roberts (Becky) of Kingsport, TN; her grandchildren, Amanda Johnson (Patrick), David Gilliam, Dustin Townsend (Kayla), Danny Townsend (Rachel), Brittany Lemmons (Brandon) and Jennifer Stanley (Benny, Jr.); her great grandchildren, Abany Johnson, Elly Anna Johnson, Natalee Johnson, Haley Lemmons, Emily Lemmons, Brandon Carrico, Alexa Townsend, Kayla Johnson, Madison Sexton, Dalton Townsend, Kameron Townsend and Hazeleigh Townsend; and her siblings, Annabelle Roberts (Roy) of Duffield, VA, Ruby Rhoton of Kingsport, TN, Linda Holtzclaw of Kingsport, TN and Fred Neeley of Kingsport, TN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Sunday, December 8th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Gate City Funeral Home (136 Beech St, Gate City, VA 24251). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Goode Cemetery (2200 Goode Hollow Rd, Duffield, VA 24244).
