It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Freda Byrd Head of Duffield, Virginia, who passed away on November 17, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ked Byrd and Mary Sue Byrd (Shelton); her sister Pam Quillen; and her brother-in-law Bill Head. She is survived by: her husband Ben Head; her son Bryan Head (Marnie); her grandchildren, Blake, Emmerson, Griffin, Grey, Piper and Jo; her siblings, Joyce McConnell (Bill), Dennis Byrd and Dale Byrd (Brenda); and her brother-in-law R. J. Quillen. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; a special friend.
