He was predeceased by: his parents, William Russell and Beda Rose Austin (Frazier); his brother George Austin; and his great-niece Aubree Tate. He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Bloomer (Don), Denny Austin (Sara), Michael Austin (Karen) and Earl Austin (Joyce); his sister-in-law Judy Austin; his niece Amanda Tate (Andy); and his close friend Carroll Baker.
