He is survived by: his significant other Kathleen Adkins; his children, Roger Browning (Rosemary) of Appalachia, VA, Richard Browning (Jennifer), Mitchell Browning, Hugh Adkins (Pam) of Atoka, TN, Joey Adkins of Duffield, VA, Sandra Wilson (Larry) of Appalachia, VA and Sharon Browning of Bristol, VA; his grandchildren, Joseph McFarland (Christine), Jonathan Browning (Beth), Lynea Murphy (Mike), Jessica Counts (Chad) and Candance Samons; his great grandchildren, Riley McFarland, Waylen Browning, Adalay Grace Browning, Aislyn Murphy, Benjamin Murphy, Sebastian Counts, Cassian Counts and Kiri Counts; his siblings, Christine Sykes of Pound, VA, Annette Stallard of Clintwood, VA, Eva Hawkins (Don) of Clintwood, VA and Emory Browning (Connie) of Clintwood, VA; and his friend Barbara Ashworth. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and lots of wonderful friends.
