He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Parkie Vanzant and Hazel Anna Vanzant (England); and his wife Cheri Vanzant. He is survived by: his daughter Allison Vanzant (Matt Knight) of Austin, TX; his close friend Randy Young (Nancy) of Austin, TX; his siblings, Patricia Williams (Mike) of Rogersville, TN and Samuel Vanzant of Duffield, VA; and his grandchildren, Brodie Sparks and Gannon Knight. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, many friends.
