He was predeceased by: his father Jay Duncan; his wife Reba Lee Duncan (Miller); his grandchildren, Cody, Joshua Duncan, Jennifer Duncan and Major Duncan; his son-in-law David Gilliam; and his siblings, Garnie, James Duncan, Ruby Nell Herron, Shirley Faye Head and Ernestine Duncan.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Gilliam of Kingsport, TN, Peggy Sloan (Charles II) of Duffield, VA, Delmar Duncan, Jr. (Denise) of Hiltons, VA, Larry Duncan (Theresa) of Duffield, VA, Bobby Duncan (Melissa) of Rye Cove, VA and Anthony "Scott" Duncan (Angel) of Johnson City, TN; his grandchildren, John Gilliam, Tonya Taylor, Matthew Cape, Jasmine Shoul, Matthew Duncan, Charles Sloan III, Victor Sloan, Chance Duncan, Holly Sloan, Mackenzie LeBlanc, Shanee Duncan and Khloe Duncan; and his stepgrandchildren, Lee Davis and Gabriel Douglas. He is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.
