He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Scott Starnes of Zephyr Hills, FL and Robert Shawn Starnes (Nikki); his brother Benny Starnes (Kathy); his grandchildren, Zachary, Savannah, Jakob, Tessa, Joseph, Jessalyn, Macee, Jared and Jenna; and his great grandchildren, Mason and Carson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; host of friends.
